Spiritual Laborers is a four-week course focused on the spiritual and energetic development required to move from personal practice into working successfully with others.

Working for oneself and working for another person are not the same. The moment another individual enters the work, their spiritual condition, energy, emotions, environment, attachments, and personal circumstances become part of what must be understood and navigated. This course explores how a spiritual worker develops the strength, sensitivity, discipline, and discernment necessary to work within that greater energetic exchange.

Students will explore how to prepare the spiritual body before working with others, strengthen energetic awareness, recognize changes in spiritual atmosphere, distinguish personal energy from what belongs to another person, and understand how different people can affect the worker during and after a session. The course will also address cleansing, grounding, protection, spiritual maintenance, energetic boundaries, recovery after spiritual work, and methods for preventing spiritual exhaustion and unnecessary energetic carryover.

Special attention will be given to learning how to read and respond to what is happening spiritually during the work. This includes developing discernment, recognizing when conditions shift, understanding when additional spiritual preparation is needed, knowing when to continue or stop, and learning how to remain spiritually steady while another person's condition is being addressed.

The goal of Spiritual Laborers is to help develop stronger and more capable spiritual workers by building the energetic foundation necessary to serve others safely and successfully. Spiritual ability alone is not enough. Sustainable spiritual work requires preparation, control, awareness, protection, and an understanding of how to manage the exchange that occurs whenever one person spiritually works on behalf of another.

Each class includes detailed notes and an eWorkbook designed to support continued practice and development.

La Fiesta de Muerto is more than a celebration; it is a time to honor, remember, and strengthen our connection with our Spirit Guides and those who came before us. Across many cultures and spiritual traditions, these observances serve as a bridge between the living and the dead, preserving memory, ancestry, and community.

In this free introductory class, we'll explore the history, symbolism, and spiritual significance of the Fiesta de los Muertos, examining how this tradition has evolved and the role it continues to play in honoring our ancestors.

• The origins and history of La Fiesta de Muerto

• The spiritual meaning behind honoring the dead

• Common symbols, traditions, and offerings
